e following prices are a starting point and it is possible for your event pricing to be more or less than this amount.  Also prices may vary depending on the day of the event such as holidays, sporting events, graduation, etc. due to increased demand.

Monday – Thursday        $125.00     Based on an evening event

Friday – Sunday               $175.00     Based on an evening event

Attendant                        $75.00       May be required at some events

Projector                          $25.00       
Security deposit               $100.00      fully refundable once clean-up is verified  

         You will lose your security deposit if there has been smoking inside

The Deposit and Rental Fee are Due

10 days prior to your event - If paying by check 

If less than 10 days prior - it must be paid in cash
